Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse or at seller’s place. For orders consisting multiple items, the entire order will be cancelled, not the selected items. Prepaid and post-paid both types of orders can go through cancellation.

How:

You can cancel your order by visiting “Order History” section in My Account.

  • 1. Go to Order History and locate the Order you want to cancel.
  • 2. Click over the order ID to see the items in that order.
  • 3. Click Cancel to finish.

Process:

After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address on your registered account.

You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Order History, if you see the order in Cancelled status, it was successfully cancelled.

Refund:

A refund will be initiated once the request is processed. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking you will receive a refund into your respective transaction modes sources within 2-5 days from the time of order cancellation. If you want to later transfer wallet Cashee into your account then you need to write to us at

Escalation:

If a refund is not initiated within the above specified time period, then please contact our customer support team or write to us at support@dhcpcloudsoft.com
